Our free ‘Basic Membership’ is automatically applied to your account after you’ve created a profile for your dog(s) and added your location information in the Barkhaus app. There are no fees associated with a basic membership! You’ll be able to access all of the services Barkhaus has to offer: enjoy access to the bar & park with a purchased day pass, and our basic pet care services.

How does the membership work?
Dogs who live at the same residence can be on the same membership. Depending on which plan is right for you, Membership gives you free access to the Bar & Park, Pet Care upgrades and enrichments, or both! Learn more about all of our membership types here.
Even with a membership, all dogs must be registered in the Barkhaus app to play at Barkhaus. To register your dog, you’ll need to create an account and fill out your pet’s profile in the Barkhaus app. Unverified dogs will not be allowed at Barkhaus – please make sure you register your dog and complete their profile in the app before you arrive.

How do I purchase a membership?
You can purchase a membership through the Barkhaus mobile app, or by filling out this form.
Can I cancel my membership?
Your membership will auto-renew at the end of the term. Please email the Support team if you would like to cancel. We require 14 days notice for cancellation.
If I’m fostering a dog, can I have a membership?
Yes! You can set up their profile and purchase a membership just as you would for your fur-ever pup.
